Professional, Prioritised, Rapid After Sales Service

Targeting excellence in After Sales standards, the Premier Service Network – an elite nationwide group of 160 independent service centres, providing professional, prioritised and rapid after sales service – was launched in 2000.

Within Premier, the Service Link programme “links” each Service Centre to DIY Stores on a local basis, providing fast, efficient and prioritised service to customers who have purchased from a non-servicing outlet and require help.
